Eligibility
Candidates must demonstrate outstanding contributions in research, innovation, or scientific leadership. A Ph.D., D.Sc., or equivalent degree is preferred; exceptional non-PhD researchers with strong global impact may be considered. Applicants must demonstrate minimum six years of scholarly achievements, such as peer-reviewed publications, citations, patents, or innovative academic models across Engineering and Technology, Advancing digital infrastructure through cutting-edge research and innovation, Health Sciences, and Social Sciences.”

Judging
Evaluation includes nomination, eligibility screening, expert peer review, Fellowship Committee scoring, and final board endorsement. Criteria emphasize research excellence, societal impact, leadership, and compliance with professional ethics.
